This course is designed for anyone, from the complete novice to the more competent runner, who wants to improve with the help & motivation from the Centimany Team who themselves cover a range of abilities. Whether you want to shed a few pounds or just get fitter and more active, we are here to help.
Our aim - After the 10 weeks course you are confident to run 3 miles – Cost £30.00 – 10 week course
Centimany Swiss Ball Aerobics Club - Wednesday 6.30pm
The Centimany Fitness Team are putting together a 30 minute workout using the swiss ball - £3.50
The Swiss Ball (sometimes also called fit ball or physio ball) is an excellent piece of exercise equipment that can be used by individuals at all levels of fitness, to work every major muscle group in the body. It also adds the dimension of core strength to your training.The program we are devising using the Swiss Ball will help to:-
- Improve joint flexibility
- Speed up reaction times
- Increase strength
- Improve posture
- Improve balance and proprioception
- Help prevent injuries
We are now open:
Mon-Fri 10am-2pm and 5pm to 7pm
Sat 8am to 11am.
We offer a pay as you go (£7 per session (£5 concession before 5pm), no annual commitment of a large chain).
The price of £7.00 includes a one-hour training session consisting of:
- 5 min warm up
- 25 mins cardio and concentrated toning session
25 mins structured weight session

Revolutionary,Tabata Circuit Training for an amazing fat burning, toning workout, be prepared to sweat people.
This circuit is run by Centimany Trainer Ollie Burt, and has proved to be a very popular course.\
Cost £5.00 per person.

Starting 25th October.
Mondays and Fridays 6-7am.
A great workout to start your day before work and feel invigorated.
A great fat burner and toner, a tough workout which will push you to your limits but will benefit your physique.
